Wireless keyboard suddenly stops working on all-in-one computer . Wireless mouse is working fine. Unplugging and inserting USB dongle, Changing batteries, Uninstalling latest window updates, uninstalling keyboard driver and restoring it in device manager, system restore to previous date does not does not resolve the issue.
The laptop in itself is great due to it's good thermals, noise levels, and overall build quality, but these devices seem to be plagued by a keyboard that just randomly stops working. A few days ago my friend got himself a lower specced x17 R1, which low and behold has the same issue, happening right on the second day of use.
